The Committee on Entrepreneurship, Regulatory and Antimonopoly Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt in the second reading and in entirety the draft law “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Economic Competition”

The bill (Reg. No. 0875) suggests amend the Law “On Protection of Economic Competition” by increasing asset value of participants of a merge or by increasing turnover of goods, sale of which is possible only following the permission of the Antimonopoly Committee and refine the procedure of issuing such a permission.
